This is the absolute best appliance buying experience in my entire life. I'm not even joking, I never want to buy from anyone else. We has one broken part, they shipped us a new one no questions asked. Then that part was slightly off, so they communicated right away that they are sending another replacement, and gave the date since back ordered.
