    Nice working unit

    This is our second one because the motor tends to get very noisy over time for some reason. The price went up since the last time, but my husband uses it every single day. Kind of hard to put that part on its base, but it doesn't diminish the way it works. It's so quiet now having this new one! Nothing wrong with these units at all, work well.

    Needs improvements

    Pros - smart / simple intensity adjustment mechanism Cons - You can not select the speed, only the intensity - You can't adjust the height (you may need to use it in uncomfortable position) - only one belt is adjustable (difficult to use both at the same time) I recommend the manufacturer to replace the belts with ROLLER BELTS since current belts will leave marks on your skin at higher settings

    years ago I used shaker belt when I lifed weights belt wore out could not find them for years glad I found them again some people say they don't work they do work they help meny parts of your body and they do break down fat I would say to any body try it
