I was pleased with the Kenmore "400Series" vacuum received. It appears well made and designed and performed well when tried. . The advertised vacuum was not '400 Series' but Kenmore "Elite". I asked the seller about the confusing wording and was told that Elite and 400Series are the same product. ? I don't want to make buying decisions with unclear ambiguous information as it is difficult to compare prices. I hope the seller corrects any similar ads.

Compared to the bagless upright this vacuum is a major improvement. It is much lighter to handle and the small floor cleaning attachment gets into tight places. The suction does a great job with the dog hair...I have two that love to shed. And having a hepa bag means that the dust and dirt doesn't fly all over the house when I'm vacuuming and makes it very simple to dispose of. I had a Kenmore canister that lasted for several decades and hope that this one outlives me. The shipping was very fast...I received this in a week from California to Vermont over the holidays.Compared to the bagless upright this vacuum is a major improvement. Overall I love my new Kenmore Canister Vacuum Cleaner
I like the canister vacuum cleaner a lot since it is easy to maneuver around the house. The suction is great and I love the different height settings. It took a few times to get the bag tucked in enough so that the bag check is on "green ". Also, I am having a hard time getting the Floor Brush on and off the wand and therefore gave it 4 stars.

Works great. Awesome suction. Lots of nice features. Accessories on handle a bit cumbersome but workable. Well worth the money. Rub beater is great. Floor attachment a bit small but does the trick.
