Keeps fridge cold
It does help keep the fridge cold but it would have been nice to have some clearer ... It does help keep the fridge cold but it would have been nice to have some clearer details of where to place the thermostat. Mine didn't really seem to start work until I zip tied it to the condensing pipe under the metal fins. I'm in Arizona right now and we've had several upper 90 to 100 degree days and more on the way, so I did order a 2nd kit to put on the bottom vent. There wasn't a place to mount them so I had to come up with my own solution and zip tied them to the inside of the vent cover. All four are wired to one thermostat and it seems to be working okay for now. If I need to tone it down, I'll replace the 115 degree thermostat with the 130 degree one. I had sent a couple email to the owner, Walter, but never got a response other than to say "if you have problems, let us know first before you put a bad review on ebay." Well I tried and that didn't work. Whether or not it's a good value, it's hard to say. Seemed a bit over priced for what I received but I no longer worry about the fridge staying cold enough.
